The role

As a Delivery Advisor, you are responsible for the final step in the customer journey: the structured and professional delivery of vehicles to our customers. You ensure that deliveries are executed on time, according to defined standards, and with a clear focus on quality, reliability and process adherence.

You work closely with sales, service, logistics and external service partners and use digital systems to manage, track and document deliveries. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive logistics or delivery‑to‑customer environments who remain composed and professional in fast‑paced, time‑critical situations.

This is what you will do:

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end vehicle delivery process for assigned customers.
• Coordinate delivery activities with internal teams and external service partners.
• Use CRM and operational systems to schedule, track and document deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared, inspected and documented according to standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery journey.
• Coordinate physical vehicle handovers via service partners.
• Handle last‑minute or system‑related issues calmly and professionally.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools and standards.
  
  

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Experience in automotive logistics, vehicle delivery or customer operations.
• High IT affinity and confidence working with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Ability to quickly understand new systems and workflows.
• High stress resistance and professional behavior under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken).
