Join our European headquarters of Bank Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG (BPAG) in Frankfurt am Main as we expand our dynamic European and German Legal Team. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Goverance Officer (m/f/d) who will provide professional support to the Board of Directors and Executive Management in all corporate law and organisational matters. BPAG is a leading financial institution with a strong presence across Europe, operating branches in Luxembourg, Spain, Monaco, France, Italy and the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within a collaborative, international environment at the heart of our Frankfurt office.

Your role

• Support the Board of Directors and Executive Management in all corporate governance matters
• Preparation, organisation and minute-taking for meetings (Board, committees, Executive Management)
• Drafting and maintenance of regulations, articles of association, organisational and signing rules
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal governance requirements
• Coordination with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance) and external advisors
• Management of corporate records (commercial register filings, powers of attorney, signing authorities)
• Preparation of reports and presentations for governing bodies and supervisory authorities
  
  

Your profile

• University degree in Law, Business Administration or a comparable qualification; further education in Corporate Governance is an asset
• Several years of professional experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a comparable role in the financial/banking sector
• Sound knowledge of corporate, banking and regulatory law (e.g. BaFin/Bundesbank/ECB environment)
• Highly structured, diligent and discreet working style, with a strong service orientation
• Strong communication skills and confident interaction at senior management and board level
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage
