- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, event organizers and business partners.
- Proactively manage inquiries with a sales-focused approach and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
- Organize, coordinate and oversee events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to post-event follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with all Hilton brand standards, company policies and relevant legal requirements.
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, vacation planning, reporting and maintaining relevant systems and databases.
- Analyze performance metrics, support forecasting and budgeting processes, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and business growth.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, service and safety while driving continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
