- Minimum 3 years of management experience in retail
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking
- Passionate sales talent
- Solution-oriented mindset and approach
- Results-driven attitude
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
