Manager CRM Marketing (all genders welcome) within our CX Department at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Job Mission

As a Manager CRM Marketing (all genders welcome)you will lead and support CRM campaigns across Europe, using data insights, AI automation, and segmentation to boost customer engagement and loyalty. The role also covers the development and enhancement of B2B and B2B CRM capabilities in our ecosystem in the Marketing Cloud.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and support CRM campaigns across European markets.
• Use data insights, AI automation, and segmentation to boost engagement and loyalty.
• Enhance B2B CRM capabilities across sales and marketing.
• Collaborate with teams to align CRM solutions with business goals.
  
  

Key Tasks

CRM Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Define and coordinate comprehensive EU and local markets CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with service, marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline campaign strategies.
• Facilitate campaign orchestration coordination (i.e. parent campaigns) and legal validation
• Support deployment and launch of National Sales Companies (NSCs) campaigns.
  
  

Data Management & Segmentation

• Build and manage data segmentation, targeting strategies for NSCs.
• Activate standard data segments from Segmentation tool to Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment of CRM insights with future segmentations.
• Make sure consent legality checks run across the entire data activation process
  
  

AI-Driven Automation & Innovation

• Support the design, development, and deployment of AI features to enhance and automate campaign execution.
• Monitor and propose refinement to AI-driven capabilities, providing insights and recommendations to local market users.
  
  

CRM Performance Monitoring & Insights

• Act as the control tower for KEU CRM marketing dashboards and funnels, ensuring the identification of leaks through the creation and continuous improvement of performance KPIs.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders, including top management, NSCs key users, and KEU teams.
• Regularly update dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
  
  

Education

Your talents:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  
  

Experience

• 6+ years experience in program/product management of CRM systems.
• Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core Cloud. Familiarity with audience segmentation tools, HTML.
• Excellent program management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of consent management practices for marketing activities in Europe.
• Interest in AI technologies and their application in marketing and customer service, ideally within the Automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate data-driven insights.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
  

Skills

• Ability to drive international projects with good presentation skills
• Good computer skills (MS-Office) especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage resistances and oppositions, finding solutions within the constrictions
• Dynamic, self-motivated with great level of originality
• Fluent in English; an additional European language constitutes an advantage
