Job Mission
The Campaign & Media Managersupports the planning and delivery of Kia Europe’s central marketing campaigns, ensuring product launches and brand initiatives are effectively implemented across European markets.
The role works closely with local markets, headquarters and agency partners to coordinate campaign activities, maintain project momentum and drive consistent execution against business priorities.
Alongside campaign management responsibilities, the role provides support to key media planning and reporting processes, helping ensure investment decisions are aligned with campaign objectives and performance expectations.

Job Mission
The Campaign & Media Managersupports the planning and delivery of Kia Europe’s central marketing campaigns, ensuring product launches and brand initiatives are effectively implemented across European markets.
The role works closely with local markets, headquarters and agency partners to coordinate campaign activities, maintain project momentum and drive consistent execution against business priorities.
Alongside campaign management responsibilities, the role provides support to key media planning and reporting processes, helping ensure investment decisions are aligned with campaign objectives and performance expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and delivery of key European marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on PBV launch activities and customer experience (CX) projects.
- Manage campaign planning and activation processes across Kia Europe and local markets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for PBV and CX-related projects, coordinating activities between Kia Europe, headquarters, local markets and agency partners.
- Support the planning, implementation and optimisation of customer engagement initiatives, including the Kia App and other connected customer experience programmes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, action trackers and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate market readiness activities, ensuring local teams have the required assets, guidance and support for successful campaign execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution of issues that could impact delivery.
- Support media planning, budget management and performance reporting activities associated with campaign and project delivery.
- Analyse campaign, media and customer engagement performance data to identify insights, recommendations and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare management updates, presentations and reporting materials for senior stakeholders, ensuring information is accurate, concise and supported by evidence.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign governance, project management processes and cross-functional ways of working across Kia Europe.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, media, communications or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders within a fast-paced, international environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams, agencies and external partners.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting.
- Exposure to media planning, budget management and performance measurement is desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working across different markets, functions and seniority levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Proactive, self-motivated and highly accountable, with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
