Job Description

In Ihrer Rolle als Anlagenfahrer / Shiftoperator (M/W/D) am Standort Frankfurt haben Sie folgende Aufgaben:

• Bedienung der automatischen Endproduktabfüllanlage
• Rohstoffübernahme (TMCS, SOL, IPA)
• Reinigungsarbeiten in der Anlage
• LKW-Beladung und Lagertätigkeiten
• Etikettierung der Gebinde und Eingabe im EDV System
• Qualitätskontrolle, Prozessproben für QC-Analysen
• Überwachung der Rohstoffentleerung von Silozügen
• Bedienen der Anlage im Feld (Kontrollgänge)
• Bedienung des Prozeßleitsystems (Dokumentation von Betriebszuständen)
  
  

Ausbildung/Erfahrung/Anforderungen

• abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Chemikanten, Berufserfahrung wünschenswert oder Chemiebetriebsjungwerker mit Erfahrung im Produktionsbetrieb
• Staplerführerschein
• Erfahrung/Kenntnisse im Bedienen eines Prozessleitsystems
• Erfahrung in der Anlagenbedienung (batch/bzw. vollkontinuierliche Produktionsprozesse)
• Erfahrung im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und Eigenmotivation
• hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
• Kenntnisse der einschlägigen betrieblichen Vorschriften und Richtlinien zur Sicherheit
• Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und sehr gutes Integrationsvermögen
