Arbeitsplan: Volle Tag
As part of Macquarie Capital, we partner with clients to deliver ambitious M&A, financing and infrastructure solutions across sectors and geographies. We bring deep sector expertise, entrepreneurial balance sheet capital and a high velocity deal culture to create differentiated, real world outcomes. Leading execution and origination of complex and high-profile transactions, working closely with entrepreneurs, corporates and financial investors.
We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you’re empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.
What role will you play?
Advise clients on strategic and financial matters, including public M&A and capital raisings, with direct exposure to C-suite executives, founders and investment committees. You will lead key transaction workstreams across live deals, taking ownership of financial modelling, valuation and market analysis, while preparing high-quality client materials including presentations, approval papers and due diligence packs tailored for senior stakeholder discussions. You will support the origination and execution of cross-border transactions across multiple sectors, engage directly with clients from day one, participate in client meetings, management calls and site visits, and help build trusted relationships that influence outcomes. Working closely with senior team members, you will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
