The project: We are looking for a Project Controls Manager to work across a vast network of clients in the pharmaceutical space in Germany.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Promoting diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
• Implementing PMO and project controls frameworks.
• Supporting best-in-class service delivery and engagement.
• Managing cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting.
• Supporting long-term PMO strategy development.
• Driving innovation and support resourcing needs.
• Implementing effective PMO and Project Controls frameworks and strategies.
• Supporting PMO and Project Controls performance on assigned commissions.
• Integral part of a high-performing PMO and Project Controls team.
• Directing project teams in executing PMO and Project Controls processes across cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting, ensuring objectives and escalations are effectively managed.
• Supporting the hub PMO and Project Controls Director with resourcing and recruitment.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE).
• Proven delivery experience in pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong commercial, financial, and leadership expertise.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and sustainability awareness.
