Job Description

This is an opportunity to join the M&A team in the Frankfurt office of an international mid-market investment bank.


The role is well suited to Associates looking to gain strong exposure to transaction execution and client interaction. Responsibilities include leading the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans and information memoranda, as well as conducting and supervising market and company research.


Associates will work closely with senior team members on live transactions and client presentations, taking an active role in the coordination of deal processes, interaction with clients and investors, and guiding junior team members throughout the execution process.


Requirements

  • 4-6 years of professional experience
  • Existing affinity to the Investment Banking sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience
  • Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, from start to finish
  • Robust financial and analytical skill set
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team
  • A self-starter with a positive outlook and can-do attitude
