You will contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects while driving commercial excellence and supporting informed business decisions.

Your Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

  • Maintain accurate project records, cost databases, benchmarking information, and historical cost data.
  • Ensure compliance with client governance, internal financial controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, procurement, contract administration, change management, and commercial reporting.

Good understanding of standard forms of construction contracts (e.g. FIDIC, NEC, JCT, or VOB).

Experience preparing valuations, managing variations, claims, and final accounts.

Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively in multidisciplinary and international project environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a client-focused mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard commercial and cost management software.
