We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Technician to join our mission-critical projects in Germany. Part of the Dussmann Group of companies based in Berlin, STS Group is fully committed to the highest Health, Safety and Environmental & Quality practices.

This Opportunity

As our next BIM Technician, you'll play an important role in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship is achieved and maintained throughout our projects. The role will be based on-site in Frankfurt.

Some Of The Key Duties

• Develop and maintain 3D models and BIM documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate between various disciplines to ensure seamless integration of all project components.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM software.
• Assist in the development of project workflows and standards for BIM execution.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate BIM-related information to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage project timelines and schedules, ensuring that BIM deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in BIM technology and industry best practices to continuously improve processes.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role with a Contractor.
• Engineering or Architectural degree, trade qualification plus experience
• BIM qualification and ISO19650 certification are desirable.
• Significant experience in Electrical services coordination.
• Proficient in BIM software and tools - Revit, Navisworks, ACC, BIM Collab, etc.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
