About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse associates, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and adherence to company procedures.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety audits, and addressing potential hazards.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, ensuring proper maintenance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Resolve operational issues and employee conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations and processes.
