Technical Account Manager - Financial Services - this is a permanent vacancy for our Frankfurt based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Act as the single point of contact for strategic and major clients across technical coordination, issue resolution, and rollout of development requests.
• Support clients in enhancing existing services and provide trusted advice on technical and financial data content matters.
• Coordinate and track usage metrics, development requests, and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage upgrades, migrations, and coordination with subcontractors and partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored data services and maintain strong client relationships.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Solid technical background with understanding of IT systems, data structures, interfaces, and integration processes.
• Experience in technical account management, technical project management, or customer success management, ideally within financial services.
• Strong understanding of the German financial market.
• Excellent command of German and English.
• Language skills: German, English

• Excellent customer orientation and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
