Senior Project Manager - Data Centre Development - #2703991

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Client Lead to act as the single point of accountability for the successful delivery of major a data centre project in Spain. You will provide end-to-end project management from pre-construction through to handover and close-out.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Represent client interests, lead consultant and contractor teams.
• Define success factors, drive planning and delivery.
• Own risk register and change control processes.
• Manage programme schedule, costs, and procurement strategy.
• Oversee design compliance and technical quality.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Secure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver handover, close-out, and client satisfaction.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Extensive project management of major capital works.
• Proven track record managing €multi-million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1–6).
• Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
• Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
