Internship Cultural Development Internship start: February 2027, duration: 6 months - #2707653

Our Cultural Transformation team designs effective initiatives that engage employees, support leaders, and make cultural change tangible in everyday work. As an intern, you’ll be a full-fledged member of this team and will work closely with internal stakeholders, leaders, and experts from HR, Communications, and Change Management.

Tasks

You’ll help us make our cultural evolution measurable, visible, and tangible. Specifically, this means:

• Participating in initiatives designed to engage diverse employee groups, including cabin crew, flight operations etc.
• Gain practical experience by contributing to projects focused on organizational development, transformation, and cultural change across the organization
• Support community management activities within internal networks and foster employee engagement
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of cultural initiatives
• Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and interdisciplinary teams to support project objectives
• Independently manage selected work packages
• Create multimedia communication materials such as presentations, stories, and internal campaigns

Requirements

You’re at least 3. semester of studies in communication studies, psychology, business administration, HR management, sociology, or transformation/organizational studies during the internship

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and written proof of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship taken between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
• Ability to present complex content clearly and comprehensibly
• Previous experience in facilitation, project work, or change management is a plus
• Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint is particularly important)
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident demeanor and enjoyment of working with groups
• High motivation, initiative, reliability, and flexibility
