Team Lead CRM & Customer Portal (w/m/d)

• You will be responsible for the technical development and configuration of our CRM system in Salesforce, manage its performance, and thereby ensure the technical foundation for successful sales campaigns and an excellent customer experience
• To do this, you will translate the business requirements from Sales and Product Management into technical solutions and oversee their implementation in line with a clear product vision and roadmap for the CRM system and customer portal, while taking into account meaningful KPIs to measure the platform’s performance
• In addition, you will develop and lead your team in an environment that fosters personal responsibility and reasoned decision-making and is committed to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce-based commercial platform and customer portal

This is important to us

• At least five years of experience in the further development of commercial B2B platforms in Salesforce, with a focus on CRM and customer portal solutions, ideally in the telecommunications or IT sector
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Strong product owner skills combined with a proven track record of leadership success and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders with international backgrounds
• Problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of business, and excellent communication skills—in German and English
