What makes this a great opportunity?

As Brand Manager Edrington Portfolio, you will be working on brands that belong to Edrington, for which Suntory Global Spirits has the marketing & distribution rights in Germany. This portfolio consists of premium and prestige brands like The Macallan, Highland Park and Brugal. Within this position, you will be specifically working on Highland Park and Brugal in our Edrington team, currently consisting of 4 more people.

Role Responsibilities

• Leading the Premium Edrington Brands Highland Park and Brugal in Germany
• Own and deliver the Annual and Growth Planning Process
• Development, implementation and tracking of consumer-oriented brand activations in a multi-channel environment (Retail | Gastronomy | E-commerce)
• Management and control of annual marketing budgets
• Definition and tracking of brand KPIs, including Nielsen and YouGov Data performance tracking
• Agency management and coordination for Creative, Media, Social/Digital, PR, BTL, non-premise
• Cross functional alignment with key departments including Sales, Trade Marketing, Advocacy, Finance and Supply Chain to achieve annual targets and objectives
• Stakeholder management within a matrix structure
• Lead preparation and implementation of new product launches and annual limited editions
  
  
  

Qualifications

• University degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent
• 3 – 6 years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in international FMCG companies, beverages and/or spirits industry or categories with strong emotional Marketing relevance
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects, additional experience in working in matrix organization preferred
• Experience in project management (incl. usage of respective tools and methods)
• Strong analytical skills, converting numbers into insights
• High degree of personal initiative, passion, assertiveness and determination
• Experience in managing a set of brands with a structured approach
• Digitally competent and high interest in consumer and category trends
• Fluent (spoken & written) in German and English
• Excellent know-how in MS Office
