The Electrical employee provides specialist oversight of all Electrical works for the Electrical workstream across the Data Center Hall, MDA, Electrical Building, and Electrical Yard.

• Reviewing and assuring Electrical design documentation, drawings, specifications, and submittals (including power distribution, lighting, containment, earthing, and fire systems) for compliance with BOD and client's standards.
• Monitoring and inspecting on-site Electrical installation activities across the Data Center Hall (DCH), Main Distribution Area (MDA), Electrical Building (EBA), Electrical Yard (EYD), and associated areas.
• Reviewing Electrical submittals, equipment approvals, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs).
• Participating in Construction Hold Point inspections and witnessing Electrical system tests and energization activities.
• Coordinating with the HV & OFE OR on interface activities between Electrical scope and the Perun HV substation works.
• Providing technical input to the MEP QS on Electrical scope progress assessments and payment application reviews.
• Identifying risks within the Electrical workstream and escalating to the Construction Manager with recommended solutions.
• Supporting pre-commissioning, commissioning, and snagging activities for all Electrical scope items
• Engineering qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Ability to review electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and specifications
• Hands-on experience supervising electrical installations on data centres or high-specification commercial or industrial projects
• Understanding of data centre electrical infrastructure (MV/LV switchboards, UPS, PDUs, busbar systems)
• Knowledge of HV/LV power distribution systems, UPS, switchgear, and generator installations relevant to data centres
• Familiarity with electrical safety legislation, CDM regulations, and permit-to-work systems
• Experience witnessing FATs, energisation activities, and electrical system tests
• Strong NCR management and reporting skills
• Certification required: Electrical Engineer
