Your role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders in SAP.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, deliveries, and order status.
• Maintain daily communication with dealers and distribution partners.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively inform customers of updates.
• Handle complaints and support customers in finding effective solutions.
• Provide administrative support to the sales organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer experience.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar role.
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Residence within commuting distance of Frankfurt am Main.
