Intern (m/f/d) Asset Management (Real Estate Logistics) - #2715548

Position Summary

This role supports the Asset Management Team in Frankfurt for at least 6 months, starting in January, in the management and optimization of a portfolio of logistics assets.

Key Responsibilites

• Support the Asset Management Team in managing and developing a portfolio of logistics and commercial real estate
• Contribute to the drafting, analysis and review of lease agreements and lease amendments
• Prepare decision-making documents, presentations, and management reports
• Support the management of external service providers (property managers, facility managers, real estate agents, technical consultants).
• Support the evaluation and execution of capital expenditure (CapEx) and value-add initiatives.
• Analyze property, market, and tenant data and deriving recommendations for action.
• Conduct market, competitor and rental value research to support asset strategies.
• Contribute to leasing activities.
• Support the further development of internal processes, data structures, and reporting tools.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in real estate management/economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
• First practical experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required
• German and English language skills
• Proactive and hands-on mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
