In Frankfurt, Düsseldorf or Cologne, we are looking for you to join us starting January in a full-time or part-time, permanent position as (Senior) Insurance Solutions CRM (all genders) at BNP Paribas Asset Management

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

• Developing and expanding strategic relationships with insurance companies and key industry stakeholders
• Driving business development by identifying growth opportunities and achieving commercial targets
• Advising institutional insurance clients on investment solutions, capital markets and regulatory developments
• Managing complex client engagements, strategic sales processes, and RFP responses
• Monitoring insurance market trends and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities
• Representing the company at industry events, client roundtables, and strategic market initiatives to strengthen industry presence
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance
  
  

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Experience in institutional insurance, asset management, or insurance investment solutions
• Strong understanding of insurance investment frameworks, capital markets, and regulatory environments
• Demonstrated success in developing institutional client relationships and driving business growth
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in global, matrix-driven organization
• Fluency in German and English (C1 level required); proficiency in French is appreciated
