at the Kia Connect GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Job Mission

As Manager eCommerce for digital products, you will be responsible for the management, operation and the strategical development of the Kia Connect Store for B2C and B2B customers, the Digital Wallet and for the delivery of paid/free connected services to the Kia Connect customers, ensuring a delightful experience along the whole purchase and utilization journey. You will be the main point of contact to your colleagues from other departments and IT suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize business performance through defined revenue, adoption, conversion and customer satisfaction KPIs as strong sparrings partner for the business development team
• Serve as the voice of Kia Connect customers to propose improvements on the store and digital wallet journeys based on user experience feedback and trends
• Own the product roadmap, prioritization and business requirements for Kia Connect Store and Digital Wallet solutions across European markets to support KPIs like revenue and customer retention.
• Define scope and backlog items for the localization of new features
• Make recommendations and business decisions for customer journeys and feature prioritization based on customer insights and business objectives.
• Ensure timely implementation of well-drafted new functionalities collaborating with developers
• Benchmark and monitor best-in-class e-commerce stores and digital wallets from industries beyond automotive and apply learnings to the Kia Connect Store and Digital Wallet
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders responsible for other Kia Connect touchpoints (App, Head Unit, Website, Customer Support) and other Kia Mobile/Web Apps to integrate and homogenize Kia customers’ journey steering towards Single Customer View
• Set-up digital product performance measurement dashboards and reports
• Orchestrate store-related campaigns and communications and manage content creation
• Manage external suppliers and development partners, ensuring delivery quality, budget adherence and achievement of business objectives.
• Be accountable for the resolution of the customer enquiries related to the store and the digital wallet
• Come up with suggestions to optimize the customer support process for paid services
• Leverage Customer Data Platform to learn about customers in order to ideate communication campaigns, personal recommendations and new services
  
  

Education

Your talents:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in e-Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Digital Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of E-Commerce.
• Experience in mobility would be considered as a strong asset
• Experience in developing online payment solution e.g. Subscription model would be considered as a strong asset
• Experience working with a payment service provider e.g. Stripe would be considered as a strong asset
• Experience in cross functional cooperation and collaboration (even with international teams/providers or HQ)

• Comfortable using Agile project management tools like Confluence or JIRA
