Job Mission
As a Manager of NSC Management, you will perform key business control management for reviewing incentive proposals, analyzing model profitability and implement sound financial procedures across Kia EU subsidiaries.
This includes evaluating incentive proposals and tracking P/L counter measures, reviewing model profitability and tracing profit improvement actions for sustainable lifecycle operation and investigating financial procedures and proposing best practice procedures for effective Kia EU governance.

Job Mission
As a Manager of NSC Management, you will perform key business control management for reviewing incentive proposals, analyzing model profitability and implement sound financial procedures across Kia EU subsidiaries.

Requirements (Education/Experience/Skills)
- Degree in business administration or accounting/controlling
- A minimum of 5 - 6 year relevant experiences
- Controlling and Pricing experience is preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Good MS-Office (Excel, PPT) and SAP FI/CO favourable
- Strong attention to mass data and detail
- Logical and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible in a multicultural environment
- Good business understanding
- Summarizing and reporting skills
- Analyze monthly incentive, monitor order trend after incentive changes and conduct variance analysis with incentive approval
- Analyze model profitability by trims, supervise profitability changes in consolidated level and conduct variance analysis with pricing approval
- Support finance reporting templates in various operational plan (BP, OP, QBR) to assess key financial assumptions in incentive and gross profit
- Improve Quarterly Business Review reports co-working with sales counterpart
- Identify key subsidiaries’ incentive actions and classify them by action rationale
- Cooperate and communicate with subsidiaries to coordinate tasks for KHQ proposal preparation with QBR Kia EU proposal
- Evaluate various business case proposals in additional incentive request and SAM proposals and validate financial impact with financial insights
- Supervise subsidiaries’ financial data, procedures in risk areas and prepare reporting template for risk management and report to top management
- Prepare Aging Receivable Report with setting up controlling standard by period
- Monitor and supervise Kia EU subsidiaries' financial procedures, including on-site visits if necessary.
- Liaise on process innovation projects led by Kia HQ or Kia EU with relevant Kia EU subsidiaries' finance teams, acting as an intermediary for efficient and effective communication such as GERP implementation in CO, Incentive and BW tools
- Support CFO workshop and finance counter parts workshop leading by BM team
