In addition to performing fundamental analysis and research into companies and markets, Interns are challenged to think creatively, offer their input, and add value to the team from day one. Intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in the preparation and execution of IPOs and equity follow-ons, such as capital increases and sell-downs, as well as equity-linked transactions
• Active involvement in all workstreams of live transactions, such as project management, investor marketing and due diligence
• Preparing pitchbooks and live deal materials
• Analyzing detailed corporate and financial information
• Performing complex financial analyses
• Building and using financial models
• Conducting industry and product research

We look for candidates who are eager to make an impact by doing real, hands-on work and participating on active deal teams. Successful Jefferies Interns are able to multitask and manage a variety of projects simultaneously.

Candidates must demonstrate professionalism and client management skills together with strong technical, written and verbal communication skills. The work is fast paced, challenging and intellectually stimulating. The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, be adaptable and work both independently and as part of a team are essential traits of a successful candidate.

What we like to offer you:

We would like to offer you a 3-month internship in the Equity Capital Markets Team. You will be based in our Frankfurt office. Under the wings of the German Investment Banking ECM team you will have the opportunity to work on high stakes deal situations with sector and product specialists from around the globe.
