Inside Sales Representative - Germany

Munich, Frankfurt or Hamburg

We are seeking motivated and focused individuals, to join our Inside Sales Team. Achieving our future goals and remaining a leader in our field, requires exceptional individuals who can share and understand our passion for success.

You will work with and support our managers, executives and Account Manager.

Tasks may include:

• Providing guidance on policies, compliance, and regulations related to international deals
• Identify queries and resolve to enhance customer satisfaction
• Basic technical knowledge and understanding
• Assisting with understanding internal processes for international deals
• Communicating internationally with various internal stakeholders
• Reviewing, assigning, and clarifying incoming international deals
• Assisting account managers in preparing outgoing international deals
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience with supporting a Sales Team ideally within the IT Industry – security and or networking sector
• Must be motivated, flexible and a self-starter mentality
• SFDC/Salesforce.com knowledge would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in German and English)
• Goal orientated and self-confident with the ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
