(Senior) Manager People, Culture & Organization Development (m/f/d) - #2726870
Proxity
What we do
PROXITY is a pan-European real estate asset management and development platform established by Blackstone in 2025. The company manages and develops a high-quality logistics real estate portfolio across multiple European markets and is building a fully integrated operating platform to support its continued growth.
Position Summary
This role is centred on development in three equally important dimensions: our people, our culture and our organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will translate business priorities into practical development initiatives, clear ways of working and future-ready organisational solutions. You will work closely with leaders and teams across Europe, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
What you will do
People & Leadership Development
- Shape and implement a practical people and capability development agenda aligned with business needs.
- Build scalable development formats for employees and leaders, including onboarding, workshops, learning journeys and targeted interventions.
- Develop competency profiles, career pathways and knowledge-sharing approaches that create clarity and support growth.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, strengthen leadership effectiveness and translate development needs into action.
Organization Development & Future-Ready Solutions
- Review and develop processes, responsibilities, interfaces and governance to improve clarity, efficiency and organisational effectiveness.
- Support the continued evolution of the target operating model and help translate organisational changes into workable structures and routines.
- Lead selected organisation development and change initiatives from diagnosis and concept through implementation and adoption.
- Advance future-oriented ways of working, including responsible AI adoption, automation, digital productivity and the skills required for technological change.
- Build pragmatic knowledge-management and change-enablement solutions that can scale with PROXITY’s growth.
Culture & Collaboration
- Bring PROXITY’s culture and leadership principles to life through clear behaviours, development formats and everyday practices.
- Design and facilitate team development, feedback and change formats that strengthen ownership, collaboration and performance.
- Support cross-functional and cross-country collaboration, helping teams create shared understanding and effective interfaces.
- Use employee and stakeholder feedback to identify themes and turn them into focused culture and engagement initiatives.
What you bring
- Several years of relevant experience in people, leadership and/or organizational development, culture, change management, process improvement or a related field.
- A strong track record of turning business needs into practical, well-structured solutions and seeing initiatives through to implementation.
- Experience working with leaders and diverse stakeholders in a dynamic, international or fast-growing environment.
- Confidence in facilitating workshops, development sessions and cross-functional working groups.
- A sound understanding of organisational design, roles and responsibilities, process development and change adoption.
- Genuine interest in AI, digital transformation and the future of work, with the ability to connect technology with people and organisational development.
- Fluent German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
How you work
- You enjoy building, improving and delivering, not only designing concepts.
- You create clarity, prioritise well and focus on solutions that work in practice.
- You build trust, connect perspectives and challenge constructively.
- You learn quickly and turn new ideas into relevant, responsible solutions.
- You can see the bigger picture while staying close to implementation and detail.
- You care about individual growth and organisational performance in equal measure.
