What we are we looking for:

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and driven marketer who has the same passion we do for helping people achieve greater possibilities with their money. Using this knowledge, the candidate will be able to effectively market our ETF line up to current and prospective clients.

As a Marketing Manager you will be part of a pan-regional team that builds and evolves marketing strategy for our ETF business. Working under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, ETF Marketing (EMEA), you will translate the EMEA ETF strategy into integrated marketing plans and accountable activation for defined markets in collaboration with Segment Marketing. You will work closely with EMEA ETF Marketing team members and partners across Marketing and beyond including Distribution, Product, Investments, Events, PR, Content, Digital, Research, Insights and Compliance. You will collaborate with marketing partners to bring strategy to life across client touchpoints, ensuring alignment and consistency. You will execute marketing plans for defined markets, provide market insight to help inform the marketing approach, and ensure activity supports commercial priorities. Your work will support key client segments including financial advisors, discretionary clients, pension funds, insurers, and digital platforms with the goal of achieving plan objectives.

This is a critical position within our organization where we strive to put our clients at the center of everything that we do. You’ll be part of a supportive team environment that values positivity, collaboration, ownership, and accountability – working together to deliver meaningful marketing that drives impact for our clients and our business.

What you will be doing:
  • Partnering with Segment Marketing and Distribution to better understand client needs and support integration of ETFs into segment plans.
  • Contributing to the implementation of marketing plans for assigned markets that support our clients’ needs and business priorities.
  • Collaborating with marketing specialist teams across appropriate client touchpoints including email, digital, content marketing, advertising, social, events, and media relations.
  • Supporting the adaptation and localization of marketing materials, maintaining consistency while responding to local market, regulatory, and client needs.
  • In partnership with the Events team, support the activation of proprietary and industry events, webinars and conferences for assigned markets by working with Marketing specialist teams.
  • In partnership with Segment Marketing and Communications teams, execute ETF PR activity for assigned markets, ensuring alignment with broader brand and messaging strategies.
  • Measuring success and tracking marketing performance through relevant KPIs and analytics and using insights to optimize activity and inform future investment decisions.
  • Monitoring client, industry, and competitor trends to refine positioning and identify strategic and tactical opportunities to differentiate our solutions in a highly commoditized marketplace.
  • Driving continuous improvement across marketing materials, services, and client journeys by sharing best practices and scaling effective approaches across EMEA.
  • Managing multiple priorities with sound judgment and maintaining high standards of quality, governance, compliance, and delivery.
  • Collaborating with colleagues located in various countries across EMEA and the US in a matrixed, pan-regional environment.

What you can bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven relevant marketing experience, preferably in asset management or financial services.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering marketing plans or major workstreams and translating business priorities into measurable marketing activity.
  • Good understanding of asset management, ETFs, and the needs of intermediary, institutional, and/or digital platform clients.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects across teams, countries, and regions from strategic brief through execution and optimization.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to use research, client insight, data, and performance metrics to make decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills with a track record of prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and writing ability, including confidence presenting recommendations and constructively challenging senior partners.
  • Ability to solve problems independently, stay proactive, and take accountability for outcomes.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and performance reporting platforms is an advantage.
