Redefine the future of live entertainment tech

Welcome to vivenu, the global leader in event ticketing tech and one of the world’s fastest-growing live entertainment tech firms. We are transforming event ticketing for global leaders like the Grammys, the Golden Globes, Stanford University and the Hockenheimring turning what was once a simple transaction into a strategic business advantage. Backed by over $65 million in funding, our platform empowers event organizers to own their brand experience, unlock deep data insights, and seamlessly integrate ticketing into their digital infrastructure.

With six offices worldwide and growing, we deliver a customizable, intuitive solution and industry-leading support that simplify even the most complex ticketing challenges – helping organizers deliver exceptional experiences and drive real growth.

Join us and build the future of live entertainment.

With over 10 million end users and usage quadrupling annually, our infrastructure now handles over 1 billion requests per month — and counting. Our API-first platform solves complex system challenges at

scale — delivering performance, flexibility, and reliability for the world’s leading live entertainment brands.

As we scale vivenu’s enterprise footprint, the Engagement Manager will bridge complex client vision with profitable technical execution. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Solutions, and Delivery, this role will architect custom digital ecosystems, define key product boundaries, and draft precision SOWs. Ultimately, they will own project margins and resource allocation to build a highly scalable, profitable P&L unit for our business.

As a Engagement Manager, Professional Services your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and build the vivenu’s digital ecosystem: Collaborate with Sales, Solutions and Customer Success teams to scope delivery projects that go beyond the boundaries of the core platform, including headless website design, 3rd party system integrations and custom scripts.
  • Project scoping: Scope projects that clearly define the boundaries where the core vivenu’s product ends, marketplace solutions apply, and custom development begins.
  • Lead engagements: Act as the primary leader for scoping and delivery, managing project plans, timelines, resource plans, and stakeholder expectations to ensure projects go live on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. Identify and track risks, and collaborate with customer success managers and product teams to address as needed.
  • Commercial acumen: Draft statements of work and change orders while maintaining target margins, billable utilization, and effective resource allocation to help build a scalable P&L business.
  • Voice of the Complex Customer: Act as the voice of the field, closely collaborating with Engineering and Product to shape the roadmap based on real-world delivery learnings.
  • Scale the digital ecosystem: Turn early customer deployments into repeatable, scalable implementation playbooks and/or marketplace apps for the most common project types, with the goal of this IP being leveraged / executed by vivenu customer success / solutions teams, 3rd-party system integrators, and agency partners.
  • Quality control: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client acceptance criteria.

What You Will Need To Succeed In This Role:

  • 4+ years of technical project management or engagement management experience in a professional services, consulting, or client-delivery environment.
  • Proven track record of authoring technical scope documents and SOWs, managing change orders, and leading multiple concurrent enterprise projects with competing priorities.
  • Excellent client-facing presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with executive and technical stakeholders.
  • High proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, SmartSheet) and delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scoping headless website architectures, APIs, third-party integrations, and web scripts.
