Requirements

Language: German - Fluent (C1)

The resulting main tasks are:

• Developing a sales strategy and a sales concept based on it
• Acquiring and developing new customers and new projects
• Aligning the sales organization with changing requirements (e.g., through training)
• Actively supporting sales activities (including in person) and advising the top 10 (or most important) customers
• Conducting market and customer potential analyses, providing forecasts regarding market developments and trends, monitoring and analyzing the competition and defining a manufacturing plan
• Engineering: Maintain existing external partnerships and expand the existing network where needed
• Service & Repair: Make decision on the need for a service call (field service); monitor lead time and productivity for in-house repair.
• Initiate yearly sales budget incl. gross margin and operating income and corresponding quantities of each product (manufacturing plan)
• Initiate monthly measure to compare budget to LFYE/actual results
• Providing monthly business reports, i.e. sales, gross margin and operating income figures for consolidation according Ferrotec Europe´s reporting requirements
• Setting sales prices and thereby determining gross margin and operating income
• Sales management and sales promotion in coordination with the responsible colleagues in the group´s subsidiaries
• Initiating new product developments
• Presenting the product portfolio to customers and at trade shows, both nationally and internationally
• Participating in relevant industry associations and expert committees
