About The Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our EU team in the greater Frankfurt area. This is a varied and dynamic role at the heart of our European operations, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT hardware - from receiving and organising shipments to preparing equipment for deployment - while working closely with internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

About The Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our EU team in the greater Frankfurt area. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT hardware - from receiving and organising shipments to preparing equipment for deployment - while working closely with internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

What You'll Do:
- Shipping, receiving, preparation and documentation of IT hardware and consumables
- Ensuring compliance with CrowdStrike security and health & safety standards
- Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing cleanliness of the warehouse and storage areas
- Pulling and managing assets and consumables to support projects, spare parts and break-fixes
- Conducting training and ensuring compliance with certifications
- Operating warehouse equipment including forklift, as well as driving the company van for collections and deliveries
- Performing hardware inspections as per security inspection/receiving procedures
- Maintaining and auditing inventory of all hardware and consumables
- Managing RMA processes from initiation through to resolution
- Performing other duties as needed or assigned, not limited to but including: hardware break fix, parts installation and decommissioning
- 3+ years experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Excellent English written and spoken skills; German is a bonus
- Experience working with and managing relationships with 3PL companies and vendors
- Ability to work in an international, dynamic and collaborative team environment
- Ability to take operational ownership, drive priorities and coordinate effectively across technical and project teams
- Ability to work independently, using sound judgment to prioritize, problem solve and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and RMA procedures
- Ability to lift 35kg
- Valid manual driving license
- Forklift license is a plus
