We are looking for a Regional Partnerships Director to own BridgeWise partnerships strategy across EMEA building and closing the relationships with wealthtech platforms, data providers and channel distributors that drive growth in the region.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven and successful experience in partnerships, business development or strategic alliances, including 4+ years in a senior/director-level role
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder technology partnership deals — ideally in fintech, wealthtech or financial data/analytics
• Direct experience working with or selling into financial platforms (wealthtech platforms, retail banks, broker-dealers, custodians or advisor technology companies)
• Experience structuring API/technology integration partnerships
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and negotiation skills — able to translate market opportunities into structured partnership programs and lead complex deal discussions at C-suite level
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, building credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment
• Familiarity with AI, investment research or financial data products is a strong advantage
  
  

Responsibilities

• Define and own BridgeWise's EMEA partnership framework — partner categories, tiers, commercial models and success metrics
• Identify, qualify and lead end-to-end negotiations for high-value strategic partnerships across EMEA, from first conversation through signed agreement and integration scoping
• Structure partnership deals across multiple commercial models: content licensing, white-label/OEM, API integration, co-sell and channel resale
• Onboard and grow partners — building integration roadmaps, co-marketing plans and joint GTM motions, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for BridgeWise's most strategic partners in the region
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Marketing to align on co-sell motions, integration capabilities and co-marketing activations
• Represent BridgeWise at industry conferences and executive briefings across EMEA
• Report on partnership pipeline, revenue contribution and partner health metrics to leadership
