Reports to: VP Global Revenue

Own the go-to-market strategy and revenue targets for a defined region, leading relationships with banks, brokerages and wealth platforms and building the local team and partner network needed to scale BridgeWise in the market.

Requirements

• 7+ years in enterprise or institutional sales, ideally in fintech, capital markets data or B2B SaaS
• Proven track record closing complex deals with banks, brokerages or asset managers
• Existing network of relevant contacts in the target region
• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment
• Fluent in English and the primary language of the region
  
  

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the regional go-to-market plan, including target accounts, partners and competitive positioning
• Own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts from first meeting to signed contract
• Build and manage local partnerships that support pipeline generation and market credibility
• Represent BridgeWise in front of senior stakeholders at banks and financial institutions
• Hire, coach and manage regional sales talent as the market grows
• Report regularly on pipeline, forecast and market progress to global leadership
