Role Description The Senior Client Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Frankfurt, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. In this position, the individual manages strategic client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction with Strada’s payroll and workforce solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing account plans, leading client meetings, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating internal resources to deliver high-quality service. The Senior Client Executive will analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, negotiate contract renewals or expansions, and monitor performance metrics to drive retention and long-term value. Collaboration with sales, consulting, and product teams will be essential to resolve issues, optimize client outcomes, and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications

• Strong customer satisfaction focus, with experience in building long-term, trust-based client relationships and driving high retention.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder management.
• Proven account management experience, including developing strategic account plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing complex engagements.
• Demonstrated sales skills, such as identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing pipelines, and negotiating commercial terms.
• Consulting capabilities, including needs assessment, solution design, problem-solving, and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Background in payroll, HR technology, or workforce management solutions is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
