Tasks

  • Gain practical experience in acquisition activities and business development by supporting customer-focused initiatives and growth opportunities
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of marketing campaigns to strengthen market presence and customer engagement
  • Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing organizational processes and improving operational efficiency
  • Support day-to-day business activities and assist with a variety of operational and administrative tasks
  • Participating in analyses related to customer needs, products, and pricing while gaining valuable insights into the company's business operations and commercial strategy
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders and support the development of customer-oriented solutions and marketing activities

Requirements

  • Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • Very good verbal communication skills in German (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and persuasiveness
  • Impeccable cooperation behavior, strong ability to work in a team
  • Very good IT skills, in particular MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • High level of motivation and commitment
  • Flexibility
  • Careful and systematic approach
  • Ability to present complex issues precisely and comprehensibly
  • Knowledge of communication/marketing advantageous
  • Creative streak advantageous
