Tasks

  • Gain practical experience in acquisition activities by supporting customer outreach and business development initiatives
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of marketing campaigns to strengthen customer engagement and market presence
  • Contribute to projects focused on the organizational and content-related optimization of business processes
  • Support the team with operational and administrative tasks arising from day-to-day business activities
  • Participating in customer- and market-related analyses while gaining insights into products, pricing strategies, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business operations and commercial activities

Requirements

  • Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • Very good verbal communication skills in German (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and persuasiveness
  • Impeccable cooperation behavior, strong ability to work in a team
  • Very good IT skills, in particular MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • High level of motivation and commitment
  • Flexibility
  • Careful and systematic approach
  • Ability to present complex issues precisely and comprehensibly
  • Knowledge of communication/marketing advantageous
  • Creative streak advantageous
