Redefine the future of live entertainment tech

Welcome to vivenu, the global leader in event ticketing tech and one of the world’s fastest-growing live entertainment tech firms. We are transforming event ticketing for global leaders like the Grammys, the Golden Globes, Stanford University and the Hockenheimring turning what was once a simple transaction into a strategic business advantage. Backed by over $65 million in funding, our platform empowers event organizers to own their brand experience, unlock deep data insights, and seamlessly integrate ticketing into their digital infrastructure.

With six offices worldwide and growing, we deliver a customizable, intuitive solution and industry-leading support that simplify even the most complex ticketing challenges – helping organizers deliver exceptional experiences and drive real growth.

Join us and build the future of live entertainment.

With over 10 million end users and usage quadrupling annually, our infrastructure now handles over 1 billion requests per month — and counting. Our API-first platform solves complex system challenges at scale — delivering performance, flexibility, and reliability for the world’s leading live entertainment brands.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager (d/f/m) your responsibilities will include:

  • 5+ years of technical product manager experience driving digital products in B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Experience of driving initiatives from initial concept through launch and continuous post-release improvement.
  • Educational background or hands-on experience in Software Engineering or similar.
  • Strong technical literacy: you are comfortable discussing system architecture, working closely with engineering teams, and making technical trade-offs.
  • Ability to combine quantitative metrics (analytics, A/B testing) with qualitative user feedback to build compelling product cases and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • Experience in event technology, ticketing platforms, or high-volume transactional e-commerce/SaaS ecosystems will be a plus.

What You Will Need To Succeed In This Role:

  • Drive cross-functional product projects end-to-end from initial concept through execution and post-launch iteration.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities for user acquisition, engagement, and retention within a B2B/B2B2C framework.
  • Partner closely with designers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to define, scope, and ship meaningful features.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical/operational documentation and operational runbooks.
  • Perform deep root-cause analysis on user frustration and translate ambiguous, complex inputs into clear action plans.
  • Align and communicate strategic direction, progress, and trade-offs regularly with leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide engineers and designers to foster product-led excellence across teams.
