Our Financial Services team supports banks, regulators and central banks in the introduction of the digital euro, creating the backbone of a new, digital Europe.

The digital euro will redefine European payments. As a consultant at Publicis Sapient, you help banks, central banks and institutions prepare for this new financial era, while also helping them address a wide range of strategic, regulatory, and technology-driven priorities. You work in agile, interdisciplinary teams at the intersection of technology, regulation and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support for strategy and business case development around the digital euro and other strategic, regulatory, and technology-driven transformation programmes
• Analysis of economic, technological and regulatory frameworks (ECB, CBDC, KYC, wallets)
• Development of use cases, prototypes and business impact assessments
• Support in the concept development of payment architectures and blockchain applications
• Close exchange with experts from data, tech, policy and design
• Expertise in the financial services industry with a focus on credit (both in the business and retail segments), sound knowledge of financial products and processes, as well as familiarity with organizational models and structures
• Design of proposals and negotiation of client agreements
• Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual booking targets
  
  

Qualifications

• Significant experience in management consulting, financial services or digital payments with proven success as an account manager or consultant
• Interest in blockchain, FinTech and digital currencies
• Analytical strength, communication skills and digital thinking
• Ability to build and maintain relationships of trust with C/C-1 level contacts and internal stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and striving for continuous development and excellence
• Studies in economics, computer science, politics or related field
• Very good knowledge of German and English
