As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will oversee and lead the implementation of projects, programs, or systems within an organization. Coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices, and driving successful deployment to achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Do…

• Position Commvault Global Services offerings to prospects and existing customers across DACH
• Liaise closely with Pre-Sales, Sales teams and Program Management Office assisting the positioning and delivery of compelling CommVault based data management solutions, to customers and partners
• Educate & inform Sales & Pre-Sales functions with the necessary material and detail on Commvault service offerings and other material available to maximize technology & services revenues and increase customer value from deployed solutions.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of customer engagements, while guiding and developing individual team members
• Provide support to regional Project Management staff, to allow them to deliver CommVault professional services engagements to required quality, timescales and budget.
• Articulate clearly and precisely the proposed technical solution to Customers, Partners and internal CommVault staff. To ensure the proposed solution is fit for purpose and meets all the customer requirements.
• Validate all Commvault-completed tasks to ensure accurate final configuration of the Commvault solution with customer
• Ensure customer satisfaction during implementation
  
  

Who You Are…

• Demonstrable experience implementing and maintaining Commvault solutions in a variety of technical environments
• End-user consulting experience
• Ability to understand high level system architecture and technical design
• Experience with disk/tape storage hardware (HDS, Dell/EMC, NetApp, Oracle, Quantum, etc.)
• Proficiency with backup and recovery of Microsoft SQL, Exchange, and SharePoint
• Technical skills in Oracle, SAP, or other database platforms
• Commvault certified
• Fluent written and verbal language skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel
