Language: German - Fluent (C1), English - Conversational (B1-B2)

What You Bring

• 1-5 years of experience in (FinTech) Product Management, working with digital products or platforms
• Experience with AI tools for product development and workflow automation (tools: e.g. n8n, Lovable, Claude Design etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and mindset (tools: e.g. Mixpanel and other product analytics tools)
• Passion for UX optimization, user-centric thinking and a knack for compelling and elegant platform UI
  
  

Activities

Your Responsibilities

• Gather platform intelligence and user feedback to identify opportunities for new features and product improvements
• Own and lead feature specification, working closely with design, engineering, and business teams to bring ideas to life
• Define and analyze key product metrics (KPIs) to iterate on product strategy to design and deliver outstanding user experiences
• Automate data pipelines and processes using AI tools and agents
• Keep in close touch with users to anticipate, investigate and understand product demands and desires and translate them into an effective and smart platform UX/UI
