What You Will Be Doing

• Centralized Inventory: Maintain a single, reliable system & process of record for all SW assets, licenses and usage across Engineering organization
• Comprehensive Record Keeping: Document essential data points for every asset, Track purchased and subscription-based software licenses in order to identify and optimize unused and mis licensed software across Engineering organization
• License Compliance & Audit Readiness: License reconciliation and stay compliant with vender terms
• Support connectivity and usability of IT related tools (Access Database)
• Support cost controlling team include annual business planning, engineering cost related data entry
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Completed BWL Study or similar education
• Working experience in administrativ tasks
• Intermediate to expert skills with MS Office (Advanced Excel, SQL, Access Database)
• Basic cybersecurity awareness
• Accounting, Corporative Finance Knowledge
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent communication skills in Englisch
• Good all-round administrative abilities
