This role is initially limited to 24 months

The following responsibilities are awaiting you:

  You strongly contribute to developing and implementing a robust medical education strategy aligned with global medical strategies, clinical needs, and commercial imperatives

  You design and deliver engaging

  g content, tools, and programs

  You develop a comprehensive content strategy and ensure efficient global roll-out
  
• 
  You collaborate closely with regional partners to enhance operational efficiency
  
• 
  You process and respond to inquiries about medicinal products and devices
  
• 
  You maintain and evaluate relevant medical literature, scientific/clinical data and educate on the latest research
  
• 
  You develop convincing education messaging to support strategic product positioning
  
• 
  You interact and engage with Thought Leaders (TLs) to gain insights and ensure market relevance
  
• 
  You organize and coordinate educational events, including MEXS, Expert Talks, Masterclasses, Round Tables, Ad Boards, and medical activities at international congresses
  
• 
  You manage content-related topics, TL management to ensure harmonized messaging compliant with regulations and company policies
  
• 
  You verify the quality of content for clinical evidence and accuracy to maintain credible and first-class materials
  

What we expect from you:

• 
  You have a university degree in natural science related disciplines (e.g. pharmacy, human medicine, biology, etc.), ideally a PhD in a related field
  
• 
  You have 3-5 years’ experience in a Medical Affa
  
  irs role or a role with transferable skills in a matrix organization
  
• 
  You are fluent in English, both written and verbal, with additional languages being an advantage
  
• 
  You can understand, interpret and educate on scientific evidence and clinical features of medical conditions
  
• 
  You have strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions, analytical and interpersonal skills
  
• 
  You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• 
  You have an excellent networking and collaborative team-oriented approach, able to develop and support relationships across and outside the organization
  
• 
  You work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment as well as independently
  
• 
  You are passionate about diverse educational solutions
