About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Working Student – Office and People Operations (m/f/d) to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head Of HR & Office Management, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring smooth office & people operations and organizing events. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to AllUnity’s mission and be part of a collaborative, innovative environment.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Office Support: Assist with daily office management tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating mail, and managing schedules.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee communication.
- Visitor Management: Welcome visitors and ensure a positive experience at our office.
- Communication: Assist in managing internal communications and responding to inquiries.
- People & Culture Support: Help coordinate onboarding for new hires; support the preparation of programs for on- and offsite events, team-building, and other team activities.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for various departments.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Enrollment: You must be currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Availability: Able to work 15–20 hours per week with flexibility during event periods.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs), familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
