SPARK opened its first pilot location in Frankfurt am Main and is planning to expand throughout Germany, Europe and the rest of the world. As we continue to elevate our standards, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as General Manager to focus on the operational management of the first location.


The moment a guest steps into SPARK they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As General Manager you will deliver excellence through managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation. You will also create a premium atmosphere that makes our customers feel at home and keep SPARK running smoothly, making sure that your team is working well and all our customers are safe and comfortable. With your experience and skills you will maximise financial returns, drive development of people, create and maintain a memorable customer experience, execute brand standards and build awareness of SPARK in the local community


Tasks

Customer Experience:



  • Ensure every guest receives a warm, premium welcome and personalized service at all times.

  • Manage tenant relationships, inquiries, and feedback with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Lead strategies for customer retention, lead generation, and service optimization across office and event functions.


Leadership:



  • Build, lead, and inspire a multidisciplinary team including office managers, receptionists, and operations staff.

  • Set high service and performance standards and ensure team development through regular coaching and goal setting.

  • Oversee staffing schedules, task distribution, and daily team performance.


Operational Excellence:



  • Be responsible for all daily operations across 5,500 sqm of meeting, event, and office spaces.

  • Coordinate the seamless execution of multiple events while maintaining premium service quality.

  • Conduct regular inspections of front- and back-of-house areas; enforce hygiene and safety standards.

  • Lead internal cleaning audits and enforce all necessary security protocols to guarantee a safe and polished environment.


Requirements

  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, office management, or premium service environments.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • High standards for service, quality, and customer experience with a hands-on mindset.

  • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently in a lean and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with an international mindset.

  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to align with the broader Group Management team.
