Join our team as an XR Designer (m/f/d) with a focus on Virtual Reality!

We are looking for a creative and organized personality to support us in the design process and production of our Virtual Reality applications. NMY stands for top-tier communication and technology solutions, combining modern design, captivating storytelling, and outstanding graphics. Since 2006, our expert team has been turning client challenges into innovative successes.

Your tasks

Your mission Responsibilites

• You design XR applications based on customer needs, with a good dose of creativity and innovation
• You define the interaction metaphors for virtual and augmented reality applications and visualize them in user journeys
• You quickly and thoroughly immerse yourself in various topics - from medicine, history, to aviation
• You visualize and document your concepts and communicate them with clients, developers, asset production, and project management
• You preserve the vision of the application and ensure that everything fits together in the end
• You accompany the production process from start to finish - from the first sketch to the implementation and final user testing
• You work closely with our project managers and support them in communication and client consulting, e.g., through workshops
  
  

Your qualification Skills

• You have a background in Interaction Design, XR Design, Game Design, or UX Design
• You have several years of experience designing interactive applications
• You have already supported multiple projects from concept to release
• XR and technologies excite you, and you've gained hands-on experience with them - eye-tracking, hand tracking, and conversational UI are familiar terms for you
• You are a team player and have experience working in larger teams
• You have big visions but can also work well within external limitations
• Despite your attention to detail, you never lose sight of the bigger picture
• You have a well-structured and independent work approach
• You are confident presenting your concepts both internally and to clients
• You can communicate, present, and document excellently in both German and English
• You live near Frankfurt
  
  

Nice-to-have

• You have already implemented and adapted your concepts yourself, ideally in the Unity engine
• You have experience with (spatial) UI design and/or tablet applications
• You have experience with (agile) project management, defining tasks and priorities, and identifying dependencies in the development process
