Role - Lead Consultant EUC (m/w/d)

Technology - Microsoft Intune, SCCM

Location - Frankfurt

The Endpoint Management Lead Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing endpoint management solutions to ensure secure and efficient device management across the organization. This role involves working with various technologies, including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and other endpoint management tools, to maintain a robust and secure IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture and Design:

• Architect and design endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and other relevant tools.
• Develop and implement policies for device management, security, and compliance.
• Ensure seamless integration of endpoint management solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
  
  

Implementation And Deployment

• Lead the deployment and configuration of endpoint management solutions.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of Operating System Deployment (OSD) images, application packaging, and deployment.
• Manage Windows Autopilot and co-management configurations.
  
  

Security And Compliance

• Implement and manage security baselines, compliance policies, and conditional access policies.
• Ensure endpoint devices meet organizational security standards and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents related to endpoint devices.
  
  

Maintenance And Support

• Maintain and manage SCCM servers, distribution points, and related infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for endpoint management solutions.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve issues and optimize performance.
  
  

Automation And Scripting

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
• Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  
  

Documentation And Reporting

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for endpoint management processes and configurations.
• Generate reports on device compliance, security status, and other relevant metrics.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and other endpoint management tools.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Modern device management (Intune/MECM/SCCM) solutions.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Knowledge of network security and endpoint protection tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based management solutions and hybrid environments.
• Application deployment using cloud management solutions
