The Oracle Business Analyst – MFG and SCM role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the Enterprise Applications team. You will play a pivotal role in deploying and supporting Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management solutions, driving process optimization, and fostering automation for our European and India regions. You will be located preferably in any of our offices in Europe with the possibility to work remotely for the majority of the time.

In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like

• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for operational needs, ensuring timely resolution of challenges and system failures.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, challenges, and opportunities.
• Prepare clear requirements and functional design documents, monitor project progress, and conduct thorough testing of solutions.
• Drive adoption of existing solutions, identify areas for improvement, and help standardize global solutions.
• Implement proactive problem management strategies to prevent future issues and standardize processes across global business units.
• Analyze existing Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management processes, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement modifications for optimal performance.
• Conduct training sessions to educate key stakeholders on system functionalities and provide ongoing support.
  
  

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst or similar role, with SQL proficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting organizations on Oracle e-Business Suite release 12.2, particularly in SCM and MFG modules.
• Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems
• Proven track record of delivering IT solutions and working in cross-functional global project teams.
• Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and travel to sites as required (once per quarter).
