We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager who will shape our global brand positioning, strengthen market visibility, and build a scalable marketing infrastructure aligned with our commercial growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial sectors
- Advanced level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience in activated carbon, water treatment, environmental technologies, or food & beverage processing industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of technical product marketing and industrial buyer behavior
- Proven experience in building brand awareness in international markets
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, CRM tools, and content development
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to work in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with sales and growth objectives
- Define and strengthen Karbontürk’s brand positioning in activated carbon markets
- Lead market intelligence activities including competitor analysis, pricing insights, and sector trends
- Create sector-focused value propositions for water treatment, air purification, and food & beverage industries
- Manage digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, website, content strategy) to enhance global visibility
- Oversee preparation of technical marketing materials (brochures, case studies, datasheets, presentations)
- Support global sales teams with marketing-driven lead generation and campaign initiatives
- Plan and coordinate participation in international trade fairs and industry events
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize ROI-driven campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, and Executive teams on go-to-market strategies
