Job Title: File Governance Support

Location: Frankfurt, Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)

Contract: 6-12 Months

Our client is seeking a File Governance Support professional to join our team and support the effective management of shared file resources across the organization. You will work closely with business users, support governance initiatives, and help maintain compliance and operational excellence within our file services environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support end-users in managing shared drives and file resources
• Coordinate shared drive restructuring activities across business units
• Maintain accurate ownership and governance records
• Participate in compliance and governance initiatives
• Monitor device status within the CMDB
• Track firmware upgrade requirements and follow-up activities
• Document and maintain billing information related to file services

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of file shares
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
