IT Operations Technician (Data Center / IDC) - #2629781

TITANICOM is hiring IT Operations Technicians to support international data center operations and large-scale IT infrastructure projects across Europe.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in IT infrastructure, data center operations, and international technical projects. We provide structured technical training and long-term development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in 24×7 IDC (Data Center) operation and maintenance support

• Respond to incidents, execute work orders, and complete temporary operational tasks according to SLA requirements

• Perform routine inspections, identify operational risks, and support emergency response following EOP procedures

• Record incidents and prepare preliminary incident reports

• Execute tasks through ticketing systems and strictly follow SOP standards to ensure operational accuracy and SLA compliance

• Support installation, racking, deployment, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of servers, switches, and cabling infrastructure

• Assist with site surveys, on-site supervision, minor implementation works, and project delivery support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stable and efficient data center operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields)

• Basic understanding of IT hardware and infrastructure environments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office tools

• Strong sense of responsibility, learning ability, and execution capability

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Self-discipline and ability to work independently

• Local language + English, or Local language + Chinese
